CANCELLATION POLICY

The spa treatment you select is reserved especially for you with one of our trained therapists. Please inform us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your booking.

PAYMENT FOR SPA SERVICES

We accept cash payments in IDR and major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, UnionPay, and JCB). For your convenience, payment is made upon check-in before your treatment.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to accommodate other guests. We may suggest adjusting your treatment to fit the remaining time. Rest assured, we will do our best to ensure your spa experience is still relaxing and enjoyable.
